Family Bonding

Partially inspired by a late night viewing of a TLC "Top 10 BBQ Joints In The Country" show, and partially inspired by wanting to have a good dinner for the beginning of a week long Father/Son bonding extravaganza,......thats right SHARK WEEK 2010....., I cooked ribs. Nothing better than some fall off the bone Baby Back Ribs followed by hanging with your 6 year old watching Air Jaws!

  1. Thank goodness Great Whites prey on seal, because I wouldn't want to fight them over pork and baby seal back ribs just doesn't have the same ring to it....(ha ha ha)

Seriously, it is so cool that you spend time like that with your boy. I promise he'll remember it when he's older.

  2. We also have great bonding moments when we go to Denver, Colorado parks. I do some grilling while my wife and kids play soccer. It's the ultimate bonding activity for us since we don't have to go far and spend much just to have fun. I can't wait for the next one!

  3. family first opposes the introduction of any emissions trading scheme or 'carbon tax' and believes it would be grossly irresponsible to proceed with such a policy that will involve major changes to the Australian economy without first having a proper, independent enquiry eg a Royal Commission, which was prepared to listen to the many distinguished scientists who disagree with the current 'climate change doctine'.
